- Please mention "Flood Relief Stay" when making your reservation
- Please present supporting evidence at check-in, such as photos of your affected home, or proof of address in a flood-affected area
- Special rate of THB 999 / room / night for 1–2 guests
- Maximum of 3 nights per guest/household throughout the promotion period
- Limited to 10 rooms per day
- Availability and room type are subject to daily hotel availability
- Valid for direct bookings with the hotel only
- Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or privileges
- The hotel reserves the right to verify documentation and determine eligibility in accordance with the promotion terms
- The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms as appropriate
